Blade of Moonlight

Posted by Kimberly

Happy news.  I just signed a contract with Samhain Publishing for a story I’ve written called BLADE OF MOONLIGHT.  This was the novella that I was trying to write while working on a full-length manuscript.  When I finally sat down and concentrated fully on it, the words just poured out in a white hot fury.  I’m usually a writer who takes her time but on this one, my fingers were flying across the keyboard.  I’m really happy with the results and thrilled that Samhain will be including the story in their MIDNIGHT JUSTICE anthology.  It’s a collection of Superhero stories!

Here’s what BLADE OF MOONLIGHT is all about.

In a world of darkness, she is his light.

It’s a dark and stormy night, and Luna Masters is in trouble. Buttoned-up court reporter by day, by night she fights crime as Luminescence, drawing power from the moon. No moon, no power…and she’s about to pay with her life.

As her consciousness dims, a man steps from the shadows. But he’s no savior. It’s Scythe, a villain whose reputation for evil is legend. When she awakens, at first she’s surprised to be alive. Then enraged to find herself tied to his bed. Naked.

Scythe is livid. A minor superhero like Luna has no business on his turf, and he plans to enjoy administering punishment, Yet somewhere in the night, pain turns into pleasure…then into something wicked and sexy that shakes them both to the core.

Though Scythe warns her away, Luna’s passion for justice draws her back into the dark, to her masked lover’s side. For good, or evil? Only the dawn will tell…

MIDNIGHT JUSTICE will be releasing in May 2012.

Review of EVERLASTING

The Romance Review

The Romance Reviews has made EVERLASTING a Top Pick!  “This book is temptation incarnate.  The words flow off the page in a sinfully inviting manner, drawing you in like a lover’s warm embrace.”

Woohoo!  I like that.  Check out the full review at The Romance Reviews.   For more information about EVERLASTING, click here.

Dream Wreakers question

Posted by Kimberly

Okay, I’m working on several projects right now, but I’m trying to get a sense of where to prioritize.  I’ve received comments from several of you that you’d like to see more Dream Wreaker stories.  What I need to gauge is whether or not there’s enough interest in me pursuing this and self-publishing a continuation of the series.  Please keep in mind that I wouldn’t have anything ready anytime soon.  I’m not a writer who can produce at a super-fast clip.  That being said, I’d like to hear from readers whether this would be a worthwhile investment of my time.

What do you think?
